Database Lock (DBL): Permanently freezing the database to prevent further modifications before unblinding and statistical analysis. Data Archival & SDTM Mapping: Formatting clean datasets into CDISC SDTM standards for seamless submission to regulatory agencies like the US FDA and EMA. 2.
